What I live for…
Jesus, family, and design. The majority of my days are spent caring for my three children. In between parenting, so much of my attention is focused on a passion that God has placed on my heart – Interior Design. Do you know that saying, love what you do and you’ll never work a day in your life? I live by that! I love what I do so much that it doesn’t feel like a job, it feels like a gift. So often, I have clients reaching out explaining that they cannot come up with a design for their home. They struggle to bring ideas to life. This is where I swoop in… ♥
Most my free time is spent…
Focusing on God’s word, traveling, and eating good food (I’m a foodie!). My favorite bible verse is “And after you have suffered a little while, the God of all grace, who has called you to his eternal glory in Christ, will himself restore, confirm, strengthen, and establish you.” 1 Peter 5:10. This verse has helped me overcome some of the greatest struggles in my life.
My children and I love to play games, read books and do coloring/art projects together. I share my love for art with them by teaching them to use different mediums and techniques to better their art skills. During 2020, I homeschooled my oldest daughter through kindergarten. Homeschooling had its challenges but it was great overall. My proudest parenting moment was homeschooling her through kindergarten and teaching her how to read! She is now one of the top readers of her class. I wrote a blog post to help other parents who are considering the journey of homeschooling here.
When I have some time to sneak away or when the kids are at school, I spend a lot of time helping people with their design challenges. Nothing makes my heart happier than helping people solve their problems with simple solutions based on the knowledge that I’ve accrued over the years. I share so much of my ideas and knowledge on my social media accounts to help people overcome their obstacles when it comes to design.

My father is a Graphic Designer and has owned his own business for over 40 years, so you could definitely say that I get my creative skills from him!
Graduating in the spring of 2015 with an Associates degree in Applied Science focusing on the fundamentals of Interior Design, I walked the stage 8 months pregnant with my first child. Once breaking free from my dedication to schooling, I began learning how to navigate through motherhood while also wanting to put my degree to good use. This is when the discovery of eDesign became a part of my journey. eDesign allows me the opportunity to work at my own pace but also tend to my clients as we cruise through their projects. Being a mother is my first priority and building my brand that focuses on serving my clients is what follows.
I have built this brand from nothing into something and by the grace of God, it just continues to grow. I spent years learning how to perfect my ability to create and design a website. By doing this, the idea of having an online affiliate store was brought into play. Being in the season that I am in today, my focus has shifted towards building my online store and creating a library for my viewers to shop from for their own home. This library consists of products that I source for my very own clients. The products listed on my site are from various sites all on one platform. So rather than the viewer bouncing from site to site to find the perfect item for the homes, it’s all in one site.
